One gloomy day in autumn I created a drawing of the whale and  double exposure Bryggen – Norwegian pier from Bergen. I was fond of my illustration enough to decide to turn it into etching. Here you can see etched matrix and printing process. The process was as always, pretty long, but this time I spent lots of it trying to get the right shape – which I did by cutting the zinc with garden shears… After that filling the edges and the sand paper part.
